"Mystical Market" Vendor Application Form

Time: Shops open from 1-5 PM;
Haunted History Tours are at 2 and 4 pm
Location: Historic Elks Lodge, 306 Coffman Street, Longmont
Vendors will have the opportunity to display their goods and services to our attendees and the general public. Psychic and Tarot readers are also welcome.

The theme of the Mystical Market is Metaphysical, Spiritual, and Paranormal-related items. These include:

Tables and chairs will be provided. There will also be a separate private area available for readers.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES VENDORS:

Tables prices are below. To reserve your table now fill out the Vendor Application Form below and we will contact you with payment information. Your table will not be fully reserved until final payment is received.

TABLE PRICES:
​
$100 for an 8' Table
$75 for 1/2 of an 8' table - you can split and share with another vendor
​

PSYCHIC & TAROT READERS:
​
Small tables in a private section of the lodge are available for $50.
​

RESERVATIONS:
To reserve your table now fill out the Vendor Application Form below. A $50 deposit is due and payable to reserve your table. We will invoice you via Paypal for this amount after we receive your form. If there is a balance owed, you will be contacted approximately 2 weeks before the event with instructions on paying the balance. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not pay the balance due before the event then your table will be given to another vendor on our waiting list.
